Ingredients For Low Carb BBQ Sauce
- ½ cup sugar-free ketchup
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar substitute
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tbsp worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp chipotle powder
- ¼ tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp liquid smoke (for extra smokey flavor)
Instructions — Keto BBQ Sauce
- In a bowl, add half of the sugar substitute and the rest of the ingredients. Combine and whisk until smooth.
- Add mixture to a saucepan over medium-high heat and cook for 5 minutes. Stir frequently to avoid burn.
- Once the sauce begins to darken slightly, add the remaining sugar substitute and stir. Cook for another couple of minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Store in a sealed jar or empty bottle.
