Whip up this homemade low carb bbq sauce in just a few minutes, with no cooking required. You can’t much easier than that!

Ingredients For Low Carb BBQ Sauce

  • ½ cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar substitute
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp chipotle powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp liquid smoke (for extra smokey flavor)

Instructions — Keto BBQ Sauce

  • In a bowl, add half of the sugar substitute and the rest of the ingredients. Combine and whisk until smooth.
  • Add mixture to a saucepan over medium-high heat and cook for 5 minutes.  Stir frequently to avoid burn.
  • Once the sauce begins to darken slightly, add the remaining sugar substitute and stir. Cook for another couple of minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Store in a sealed jar or empty bottle.
