  • 1/4 cup lakanto monkfruit (or natural sweetener of choice)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Freshly squeezed juice of one lemon

  • 1/4 cup lakanto monkfruit or preferred sweetener
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
