Sugar-Free Keto Caramel Frappe Recipe

  • 2 cups almond milk unsweetened
  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • ½ tbsp sugar-free caramel sauce
  • ½ tbsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sweetened erythritol

For Topping

  • whipped cream
  • ½ tbsp sugar-free caramel sauce


  • In a blender, add all the ingredients (except for topping ingredients) and blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture in a large glass then top with whipped cream and drizzle about ½ tbsp of sugar-free caramel sauce on top.
  • Serve and enjoy!
