Keto Iced Coffee Protein Shake Recipe
This creamy coffee flavored protein shake is not only keto-friendly and sugar Free, but perfect for keeping you refreshed and full for hours!
- 2 cups brewed coffee
- 1 carton Atkins creamy vanilla protein shake
- 1/4 medium avocado
- 1/4 cup coconut cream chilled
Pour and fill an ice tray with the strong brewed coffee. Freeze overnight or until solid frozen.
Place a whole can of coconut cream inside the fridge and make sure it is chilled for at least 3-4 hours before using.
In a high speed blender, add the frozen coffee cubes, coconut cream, Atkins protein shake and avocado. Blend well until smooth and creamy consistency.
Pour in a tall glass and enjoy!
