4-Ingredient Sugar-Free Keto Blueberry Jam Recipe
How to make low carb blueberry jam in a few simple steps!
- 3 cups blueberries
- 1/4 cup lakanto monkfruit or preferred sweetener
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
In a saucepan, add the blueberries and lakanto monkfruit (natural sweetener), and lemon juice. Place on a stove over medium heat. Once blueberries begin to soften and fall apart, add the chia seeds and begin stirring.
Bring to a strong simmer or slow boil before reducing the heat to low. Simmer for an additional 15-20 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Take the saucepan off the heat and pour into a clear jar. Allow it to completely cool before placing in the refrigerator.
