  • 1 ½ whole Avocados medium size
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit natural sweetener


  • Place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy consistency. If you don't have a food processor, you can use a hand mixer.
  • Serve in a ramekin or small mug and enjoy!
